You shouldn't be so quick to want Glennon out of here.

That is the problem with today's NFL. They don't develop talent anymore. Glennon, to be fair really has done an admiral job considering the chaos at One Buc Place the past 2 seasons. Just think about this. If Glennon would have had Dirk Koetter as the OC the past 2 seasons and started, he would be coming into his 3rd season and IMO be ready for a break-out season. Whether you believe it or not Glennon, has a lot of talent and should be given the chance to blossom into an upper tier QB in the NFL. I know he won't be afforded that opportunity but, he is the real deal.
