Your faith in Lovie Smith at HC regardless of which QB we draft?

Outside of the endless QB conversations on here, I'm still not sold on Lovie Smith at HC. Nothing he's done in the past season provides any real evidence he should be trusted going forward. And his track record with offense is a god damn train wreck.
