Zone Blocking Scheme

Now that we have officially jettisoned all of our old "power" offensive lineman it is clear that we are switching to more of a "zone" blocking scheme.  This scheme requires a more athletic type of lineman as compared to the big mauler type we previously favored.  This also is another indicator that Tedford and the Bucs are likely to employ a modern up-tempo offense, which is exciting.Here is a link explaining the ZBS in relatively simple terms: http://www.behindthesteelcurtain.com/2013/5/27/4363750/zone-blocking-running-football-breakdown-highlights-analysis-diagram Does anyone know of any free agent guards who fit?In the draft I think Sua'Filo or whatever his name is from UCLA has to be the pick in the second.
