Good listen as always guys. I’m starting to think one of three things are going on with Cook. Either the bucs are just in full belief that he’s’ not going to be there, which is what I believe, He has done something horrible, or this is the ultimate smoke screen. And to hear some thinking Mixon will go ahead of Cook is just mind boggling. What in the hell could he have done that’s so bad? Believe me, as a Noles fan there isn’t anything ESPN would’ve missed.
In Licht I trust and if he’s there and we pass, there was clearly a reason for it.
I’m really starting to get a defensive pick vibe from the bucs right now. I’m seeing a lot of Barnette falling to us, which is just insane to me. IF he fell to us, that would be a steal and you can never have too many pass rushers. But it i silly season for the draft this close for sure.

Really enjoyed the listen, I think Mark and Trevor are correct in that our pick @19, assuming we don’t trade down, will be either Njoku, Davis, Barnett (I doubt he’s there though) or one of the safeties. I could even see McKinley or McDowell as other possibilities.

Next Thursday can’t get here quick enough. Go Bucs!

I think the shoulder surgeries play a huge role in Cook sliding. He’s going to absorb bigger hits in the NFL and I question his durability, not to mention ball security. That’s the last thing we need… a back that can’t stay healthy and coughs it up when he is. Hard pass on Cook. I also have a feeling the Bucs are going to stand behind Martin. They keep preaching ‘Family’. Hopefully we will see a rebirth of the Dougernaut.

I disagree with drafting most RBs in the first round. I’d go after a playmaker, but on defense/special teams instead. I still really want Jabrill Peppers to be a Buc.
