With Bruce Arians at the helm, Tom Brady now under center and a young roster that appears to be on the rise – not to mention the lack of a state income tax in Florida – the Bucs could quickly become a highly sought-after destination for NFL stars.
Wide receiver Julian Edelman recently “liked” a tweet from Deion Sanders that made some wonder if the veteran receiver could be interested in heading to Tampa Bay, potentially reuniting with Brady, his long-time quarterback in New England.
If @TomBrady goes to the @Buccaneers can @Edelman11 go to? That’s like Jordan without @ScottiePippen ,peanut butter without the jelly and Ice Tea without Sugar. #Truth @nflnetwork #GamedayPrime

The friendship between Brady and Edelman is well-known, along with the receiver’s Super Bowl MVP award, 7,949 total receiving yards, 41 total receiving touchdowns and three Super Bowl victories throughout his 10-year career on the Patriots with Brady. Edelman also wished Brady farewell in a pair of Instagram posts, to which Brady replied, “Love ya Jules.”
Edelman remains under contract with the Patriots through the 2021 season.
