Will DeSean Jackson be back in red and pewter in 2019?

That has been the debate since the 2018 season ended, and at that time most felt there was little chance he would return. But new head coach Bruce Arians has stated more than once that he would like to see Jackson in Tampa in 2019. And GM Jason Licht told reporters in Indianapolis this past week that he too would like Jackson to return to Tampa Bay.
