I hail from, and currently live in New Jersey, but have been a Buccaneers fan since 1997. I have been a PewterReport subscriber/consumer almost as long. In 2015 I wanted to get closer to the game, so I started breaking down the All-22 tape and haven't missed a week since. I put all clips out via twitter @StevenCheah and will also be putting together some features on PewterReport with the Eye in the Sky column.
Latest Bucs Headlines

Eye In The Sky comes to you from PewterReport.com contributor Steven Cheah, who has been breaking down the Buccaneers All-22 on Twitter since 2015. Cheah will be joining PewterReport.com with video analysis for a monthly feature to closely examine the top plays you may have missed. Here are a few plays that stood out when watching the tape.

No. 6 – Peyton Barber doing the little things
One of the big reasons I love watching the All-22 is you see a lot of little things that don’t get picked up on the broadcast. On this touchdown pass to Scotty Miller, Jameis Winston is afforded the time to throw because of a block Peyton Barber makes after a reserve left tackles gets beat.

He doesn’t lay out the defender or anything like that, but he gets enough of him to give his quarterback time to step up and throw which is all #3 needed.

No. 5 – 45 MPH
Devin White ran a 4.42 40 yard dash at the NFL combine and a lot of guys have track speed that doesn’t translate when the pads come on. That’s not the case for Devin White.

His play speed at the linebacker position coupled with Lavonte David’s will make the Bucs defense a fearsome unit headed into the 2020 season.

No. 4 – Donovan Smith Creates a Hole
Donovan Smith gets a lot of flak from fans, but he actually had his best year this season per Pro Football Focus. Here he just collapses the left side of the line to give Ronald Jones an enormous hole to run through.

More blocks like this and Smith will quickly become a fan favorite.

No. 3 – Ryan Jensen’s House of Pancakes
Ryan Jensen had a nice bouceback year after underwhelming in 2018. He is so heady and does a great job punishing blitzers. Here he takes a linebacker who is coming on a blitz and absolutely buries him into the turf.

This type of violence definitely gives rushers pause later in games knowing big #66 is lurking.

No. 2 – Vita Vea’s Freakish Strength
When he was drafted we heard a story of how Vita Vea was able to lift a huge rock on an island that demonstrated his other worldly strength. Well, safe to say that shows up on tape and it’s almost every other week that he just runs through a guy like this.

Lining up across from Vea is a scary proposition for any opposing offensive lineman.

No. 1 – Big Beau Leaves Big Q in the Dust
Quenton Nelson is regarded by most as the best guard in football. Beau Allen is a reserve defensive tackle for Buccaneers, but makes Big Q look silly here with his best rush of the season.

This is why you’ve gotta watch the All-22, for plays like this that the broadcast angle misses! Or just follow me on Twitter and I’ll show you.

Did I miss any you thought should have made the list? Let me know in the comments section below or feel free to reach out to me on Twitter at @StevenCheah

I’ll be back next week with the top 10 plays of the Buccaneers 2019 season!
