No. 26 Atlanta Falcons (10-6)
The Pick: Maurice Hurst, DT, Michigan
If the Falcons lose out on Dontari Poe, they’ll be looking to bring in some sort of defensive line replacement. Though Michigan’s Maurice Hurst isn’t quite the 1:1 replacement, his talent warrants being selected here.
Hurst is a smaller defensive tackle, and because of that there are times when he gets pushed around or locked up, but there are also other times where he looks unblockable. This late in the first round, Hurst would be great value for any team.
