No. 7 Buffalo Bills (9-7) via TB

The Pick: Josh Allen, QB, Wyoming

No Saquon Barkley and no Bradley Chubb with Minkah Fitzaptrick in a position limbo and this high in the draft being too rich for Vita Vea warrants a trade back for the Buccaneers.

For the Bills, it will likely take both of their first round picks to move up from No. 21 (and 22) all the way into the Top 10 — perhaps even a little more. With only one of the consensus Top 4 quarterbacks left, they pay the price and jump up.

For whatever reason, the Bills never really gave quarterback Tyrod Taylor much of an opportunity with his arm and tried to replace him a few times in 2017. That makes me think they’re going to move on and move to more of a pocket passing offense. Allen brings that kind of arm talent, but he’ll need some refining for sure.
