No. 12 Cincinnati Bengals (7-9)
The Pick: Orlando Brown, OT, Oklahoma
Losing left tackle Andrew Whitworth in last year’s free agency proved to be costly for the Bengals.
The Bengals, like the Dolphins, are a team that is in dire need of some consistency. They haven’t invested as much in the trenches, so that’s likely where they’ll be looking in the first round. At 6-foot-8, 340 pounds, Brown’s stature alone is alluring. There is always concern with player’s mobility when they’re that big, but Brown seems to move quite well for his size. He needs some technique work with his feet, but if he cleans that up, he has the frame and the quickness to be a damn good right or left tackle for years to come.
