According to FOX Sports Jay Glazer the Buccaneers has Arians take a complete physical when he interviewed in Tampa over the weekend, and with the report of contract negotiations soon to begin, the Buccaneers obviously feel Arians is healthy enough to move forward to replace Dirk Koetter who was fired following the Bucs loss to the Falcons on December 31.
