Mark Cook currently is the director of editorial content and Bucs beat writer and has written for PewterReport.com since 2011. Cook has followed the Buccaneers since 1977 when he first began watching football with his Dad and is fond of the 1979 Bucs team that came within 10 points of going to a Super Bowl. I wouldn’t be upset if we traded back and picked up some extra picks in second round. I would like to see one of those Tight ends mentioned end up a Buc. Sign our free agents. Don’t let the ones we want hit the open market. We need to keep the momentum going forward.
Scott I would not mind seeing the Bucs trade C. Simms,but what kind of value does he have?
In the time he has been here only a handful of good plays. Simms CAN’T run between the tackles and maybe is somewhat slower because of his broken ankle.
This draft has a good amount of RB’S in later rounds that can be better or no worse,so get what we can for him and move on
