The Bucs signed free agent wide receiver DeSean Jackson last March, and added O.J. Howard in the first round of the NFL Draft.
Godwin(6-1, 209) was the Delaware Gatorade High School Player of the Year in 2013 before signing with Penn State. Godwin earned third-team All-Big Ten honors with 69 catches for 1,101 yards and five scores as a sophomore. Last season Godwin was a TD machine, scoring 11 times on 59 receptions for 982 yards, averaging 16.6 yards per catch as a senior.
