Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston and the woman that accused him of rape in 2012 have settled their civil suit, TMZ reported Wednesday.

According to the report, the details of the settlement have not been released, but the two will file a joint dismissal of the lawsuit against Winston.

Winston was never criminally charged in the case, but accuser Erica Kinsman filed a civil suit against Winston in April 2015, shortly before he was selected No. 1 overall by Tampa Bay.

Kinsman was awarded $950,000 from a settlement earlier this year after she sued Florida State University, claiming the university had mishandled the investigation of Winston.

The Bucs will have no statement on the matter tonight.
