The list of assistant coaches under Bruce Arians grows larger as Rick Stroud reported that the Bucs have signed former Broncos offensive line coach Sean Kugler to their staff.

Kugler was the Broncos line coach for the 2018 season, in which they were Top 3 in the NFL with 4.9 rushing yards per attempt, and also averaged 119.2 yards per game.
He previously was the head coach for UTEP from 2013-17, and has been an offensive line coach for the Bills from 2008-2009, and Steelers from 2010-2012. Bruce Arians was Kugler’s offensive coordinator in Pittsburgh for the first two years of his time there.
It’s unclear as to exactly what role Kugler will have, with Harold Goodwin named as the Bucs offensive line coach and run game coordinator. Kugler did work with another offensive line coach, Chris Strausser, during his time in Denver last season. Kugler coached with the guards and centers while Strausser focused on the tackles.
