The Bucs have been through a countless number of injuries this year, yet Bruce Arians has coached through all of them. The secondary has had more players in and out of the starting lineup than the amount of customers you see in your local pizza shop.
Starters have missed time on the offensive and defensive line and at receiver, but there was a new person in the organization with an injury on Sunday – Arians himself.
Arians could be seen limping around the field at Mercedes-Benz Stadium during the Bucs’ 30-17 win over the Falcons on Sunday. He gave an update on what happened to him and how he’s feeling the following day.
“Not very good,” Arians said. “I inflamed my achilles too much running, trying to get back in shape. It’s not feeling too good.”

This actually isn’t the first time Arians has had to coach while dealing with an injury this season. He was hit on the sidelines in Week 3 as a player was getting tackled out of bounds during the Bucs’ loss to the Rams.
He was able to brush that off then, saying he was okay after the game.
“Yeah, I’m tough. Shit,” Arians said.
Once again he’ll have to coach through the pain. The Bucs are preparing for a widely publicized game at home against the Bills on Sunday at 4:25 PM ET as America’s Game Of The Week.
