The NFL schedule is set to drop on Wednesday evening but we know the time, date and opponent of one of the Bucs 16 games.

The National Football League announced on Wednesday the 2019 NFL International Series, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Week 6 game against the Carolina Panthers, which will be played at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on October 13 at 9:30 a.m. EST (2:30 p.m. BST).

NFL International Series

This will mark Tampa Bay’s third game played in the International Series (also 2009 and 2011) and the Buccaneers’ first time ever playing a divisional opponent in the Series. The matchup between the Buccaneers and Panthers will mark the second-ever NFL contest hosted in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, following the Chicago Bears and Oakland Raiders game in Week 5.

In July 2015, the NFL and English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur reached an agreement for a minimum of two NFL games per year to be played during a 10-year partnership at their stadium. The stadium features a retractable grass field with an artificial surface underneath that will be used for NFL games. This innovative field adds greater flexibility in the scheduling of games, with the NFL having its own playing surface for games held at the venue.
