  1. That first mini camp is going to be important for the players to make a good impression for the coaching staff.

It will be interesting to see how much the roster changes from the first mini camp compared to the second mini camp.

  2. I’ve seen an average RB be very productive behind good O line. Seen good RB not be productive at all with poor O line. We don’t have cap room to flood RB, O line, and secondary. Flood O line and target selectively and carefully RB and secondary either in draft, Free agency or both.

  3. Your point has merit, Scott. However I think Lovie probably couldn’t get many assistants except those who worked for him. But BA is a known winner his entire coaching career. I think he is taking his prior players to help him to quickly change the Buc’s losing culture. Secondly they also understand his offensive and defensive schemes and can help the other players execute them on the field. I sincerely hope by April BA has figured out his best players to draft for his schemes and will be sitting with you and Licht in the draft room and will keep Licht from taking wrong players. However let Licht talk with other GMs on working out a trade down which is badly needed to get enough rookies.
