Feelings don’t matter when it comes to respect. Respect is earned and a grown man like McCoy still hasn’t learned this fundamental truth. McCoy and his agent played hardball and received the result they wanted with McCoy’s release. Can’t turn around and cry about an outcome McCoy and his agent had a hand in making it happen. Also, McCoy as the veteran of the team had the opportunity to go meet the staff but chose not to. When Gruden was hired Bucs veterans were there to meet Gruden at his press conference.
