I was one of those fans who thought that Les Steckel was the answer at OC when Dungy brought him in. That was based on his previous stints in the same role. If I remember correctly Steckel contacted Dungy first. He came with enthusiasm and energy anyway. 😏

Most fans and many pundits if they ever guess right are probably secretly surprised.

As usual, I am anticipating the best and not the worst this year.
