The Bucs released rookie defensive lineman Terry Beckner Jr. from the practice squad on Monday. The former Missouri defensive tackle was just coming off of a four game suspension for violating the NFL’s performance enhancing substance policy.

Beckner Jr. was drafted by the Bucs in the seventh round of the 2019 NFL Draft and was signed to the practice squad before the season began and remained there until his release.

  4. I also would like to know what was behind this.

I hope it is at least partly about culture change.

  8. PR team, why don’t y’all dive into these (even irrelevant) stories more?

All you seem to do other than your marquee articles is repost, with darn near verbatim verbiage.

Come on guys, there’s “cough” other sites that do that on horrible hosting platforms.

    • I completely agree that is THE #1 priority. But, It also means we give Winston the franchise tag. Which is a lot of cap space for a guy that hasn’t earned it. Or pick up a vet off the scrap heap. Calling Kapernick, even to sit the bench this season, could also be a good move. But I digress, I’m 100% agreed. Build the car, then find the driver. How to do that is the riddle.

  13. I think we can win three more games and finish 6-10 ; at this one game improvement pace per season, my two youngest grandchildren will have come from sixth grade to graduating from high school before we can proclaim we are a legit playoff team.
