Short and sweet.

Provided jameis has a decent 2018 and there are no more whispers of inappropriate behavior, he will be resigned (and maybe at a discount)

He needs to go! I supported him earlier as there was no evidence but the NFL/Winston statement pretty much confirms that it happened. They shouldn’t renew his contract.

I started a petition on change.org to get him cut. It is time to set a new tone for our organization!

Your petition will fail just as you do at life. SJW’s really are pathetic.

The Bucs have a good track record of not keeping bad players. Having said that what Winston did in this case is not ground for getting rid of him. He just copped a feel and apparently didn’t press the issue.

Jameis get another chance BUTT…He is now a member of the..”Short Rope Team “which includes Koetter, Smitty and Licht. One more mistep by Mr. Winston and he will truly see and feel what it is like to play in the cold up in Canada!!! Why Jameis was hanging out with a convicted rapist is anybody’s guess. Time for some new friends Jameis. Guilt by..Association. Next case on the docket your honor.

Been a reader for about 8 years now; I finally decided to create an account and comment on the great articles i have been enjoying for years.

In regards to Jameis, i certainly dont want him cut, especially since we as a franchise have the worst luck with QBs.
I am just over here praying that he turns his life around and becomes the player and person that he wants to be.

One has to believe that the entire organization, and especially the Glazers, are furious. Bet they wish they could say what they really think. Sometimes it seems no matter how hard they try, the team keeps letting them and us down. That has to be frustrating. They’ll not soon forget. As someone said, Jameis is on a much shorter leash. He should be. The way I see it, Jameis has already spent over two “clean” years since the incident. He has acknowledged what the use of alcohol can do to certain people. Many here have expressed the benefit of removing… Read more »
