Felt so sorry for Grayson, finally have a chance to break out of the practice squad and then got injured so cannot perform. Why do bad things always happen to hard working nice guy.
Just watched “NFL Live” on ESPN. They totally “Dissed” us. They basically said the Rams are the better team and they’re going to manhandle us. I respect the Rams as a good team but aren’t we the World Champs???? NO RESPECT!
For whatever reason ESPN has never liked the Bucs, so take what they say with a grain of salt.
They were pushing the Eagles last week.
Same complaint every team’s fans have. Those guys are supposed to have strong opinions, that’s why they’re on TV. Half the time they’re wrong. Who cares?
Because long time Bucs Fans have always dealt with a complete lack of respect from the media. Even when things have been at their best, there’s still no respect. But honestly I am fine with it when things are going well because it gives our guys some fire. When they blow smoke up a teams a** like they did KC last year anointing them the next dynasty and Mahomes the future GOAT, KC acted like they won LV before they even played it and what happened? We made them look silly and basically in one night made everyone rethink everything… Read more »
I used to think Bucco Bruce and Rodney Dangerfield could debate over who got the least amount of respect. One story of the Bucs being disrespected by the media occurred back in 1979. Bucs had just won the NFC Central Division championship with the leagues # 1 defense. Instead of receiving praise from the MNF crew, Howard Cosell said “Dandy Don, don’t you think if the Seattle Sea Hawks played in the NFC Central they would have won it?” Back in those days Howard was enamored by Sea Hawks QB, Jim Zorn.
From what I can tell so far, the talking heads across all the networks are about evenly split between projecting Rams or Bucs as the winner. But who really cares? People who diss the Bucs are pointing to the injuries to Wirfs and Jensen as their “gotcha!” excuses, as well as the absence of AB and Chris Godwin. Jensen is going to play come hell or high water, we’ll see about Wirfs, but it is less important for a righty quarterback that he has a backup at right tackle than at center or at left tackle, his blind side. Besides,… Read more »
Yeah, they all picked the Chiefs-How’d that work out?
Could you please publish the Rams injury report as well.
I didn’t see Leonard Fornette listed, does this mean he is off the injury report and 100% for Sunday ?
I’m pretty sure it means he isn’t even off IR yet. I could be wrong though…
He’s off IR and in the 21 day window when he has to be activated or go back to IR.
There is nothing in this teams Playoff history that makes me believe they won’t step up when the time arrives.
In fact no team has really solved this defense in a big PLAYOFF game yet.
Its hard to get a team to play for their season every week.
They will be Sunday and let’s hope it’s so bad they start fighting amongst themselves like Philly did.
No info on Fournette is disappointing and not good sign. Rams will be a tough match for sure but end of day I’ll take odds with Brady having won 35 playoff games over Stafford who has 1. If Bucs are able to stop run and get pressure on him we have good chance to win. Can’t make stupid mistakes either. If we don’t pressure him will be long day and a good season that ended here because of injuries. Go Bucs!
