Didn’t like hearing Bowles say today that Bucky may nut be ready until fall?
We are more than fine with KW and Tucker.Â
Giant sign DT Josh Tupou
Jets sign K Younghoe Koo
Bills sign LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles to a 1 year deal.Â
Jets sign WR Tim Patrick to a 1 year $2 MM deal.
Chiefs plan to sign Snead to a 1 year $5 MM contract.
The Chiefs lost both starting corners and now look to have Snead and Mansoor Delane as the potential starting boundary do. With Nohl Williams, Kristian Fulton, and Kaiir Elam bringing the rear. If they finalize that deal it would be a great scoop up and recovery for the Chiefs.Â

One might wonder why we didn't sign him?
We have money for other non-impact players... Why the fuck can't we offer Snead 6m?Â
It is indeed baffling because it has been a theme throughout this off season where the Bucs place more value in certain players over more proven players in free agency.
Here is another example.

Oliver signed a 1 year contract for basically the vet mimimum or close to it.
Meanwhile the Bucs dropped money these two guys.

This off season has felt like the Bucs are just hyper focused and have tunnel vision with what happed with last season collapse.Â
Eagles sign OL Michael Jordan and EDGE AJ Epenesa.
Falcons trade for OT Wayne Morris from the Chiefs.  Chiefs send Morris and 2027 Chiefs 7th rounder while the Falcons send a 2027 6th rounder.

Yeah I don't fucking get itÂ
Broncos sign UFL stand out WR Hakeem Butler
Saints re-sign Cameron Jordan on a 1 year deal. 2026 will be his final season according to Jordan.
Titans sign DE Jaelyn Holmes and C Ander James.
Commanders sign Rasul Douglas to a 1 year deal worth $3.8MM of maximum value.
Nice scoop up for them. But the Bucs are running out of options now.

are the Bucs in the market for a CB? i haven't been paying too close attention to the day to day
with Zyon, Morrison, Parrish, and Scott as penciled in top 4...not to mention Bowles favorite Josh Hayes seems pretty crowded.
i do agree that a VET presence could help but are we talking 5th guy? Depth at safety concerns me if something happens to AWJ or Tykee....

Given the injury history at CB I think they should sign a vet. Morrison is very Dean like with his injury history. Zyon is 50/50 with his play so that leaves Parrish and Hayes. Hayes while improving playing on the boundary is really a dime CB/backup safety. JJ Roberts shows more awareness on boundary but he too is more a nickel/dime/backup safety type too.
So by signing a veteran CB you improve depth at safety because it would free up Zyon, Hayes or Parrish to be able to play safety in a pinch. Or even rookie Scott. Banks and Wisdom are trusted backups with Atkins and Rashad Johnson too.
