Morrison is very Dean like with his injury history.

Glad you mentioned it.

Same people who keep putting Morrison on a pedestal, are also the same ones who bitched about Dean being made of glass.

Oh, and in other related news, Morrison missed OTA’s because of a hammy.

I wonder who’s more made of glass…him or Kancey?

People are putting Morrison on a pedestal? Why?

He was hurt in college and now he's hurt in the pros.

Hopefully he can stay healthy this year but I'll also say Dean's injuries are different than others because he seems to always get hurt in tandem with his pride.

And they're often little or no contact.

Dean is soft as fuck. Morrison is probably gonna be a 14 game/season type player... But I don't see Morrison acting the same as soft ass Dean.

Not sure anyone would put Morrison on a pedestal.  He definitely shows flashes but even more so than Dean he is an injury problem because of his hip history. Love to see him overcome it but until he proves he has he is unreliable.

If the Texans are considering him the Bucs might consider it but the Bucs organization takes this seriously given that Tampa area has a real human trafficking problem.  if the trafficking charge is a result of holding someone against their will it may become a lesser charge in due time but still a problem for an organization that prides itself steering clear of such violations.

My major problem is he hasn’t been very good. Dude only has one interception in two years. Detroit had him competing for his starter job two years after being drafted in the first round.

Haven't followed him closely so this is probably a dumb question or thought but could that be a function of picking on other DBs in their depleted secondary?

No, he just hasn’t been good. Like I said, even before the legal issues, he was fighting for his job in Detroit. It’s one of the reasons they went ahead and cut him after the legal issues.

That’s not to say he wouldn’t be worth signing to a team-friendly deal. Just saying he hasn’t lived up to his draft status.

Agreed.

Absolutely horrible grades his first few seasons.

Ravens sign C Ethan Pocic 1 year $4.55 MM max out.  $1.5 MM incentives with $3 MM base.

Panthers re-sign Brady Christensen on a 1 year deal $2.79 MM turning their OL to a strength with starters and experienced depth.  Panthers had one of the least amount of cap space in the league with $8.6MM before the Christensen signing.
