Should the Bucs make a claim on Michael Carter? FL kid that could help running game as reserve?

Yes they should because you always load up on RBs with juice.

They should but they won't. That would take away critical playing time from "Nine Lives" Vaughn when he's not on the inactive list because he can't beat out an underperforming undrafted rookie.

Likely an upgrade over Vaughn or tucker imho.
still only 24 lots of upside.
