its interesting that people are so committed to their views on Bowles even when what matters for solving the riddle of why he is the HC in 2026 is what the Owners, GM and even Arians think. Those three have always been 100% in Bowles corner. They may all be wrong but that's a different issue.
Bowles should not be the head coach of this football team, quite frankly never should have been

The dei stuff is dumb to talk about in 2026 because we have had black coaches before. Now that doesn't mean that the glazers, Licht, and arians have an accurate view of bowles or a great view on who should coach this team. They've made horrible decisions before and then talking about this hire, they have been friends for years and imo you are more likely to see hires from friends than the dei hire in 2026. Both are wrong but I see them looking out for their friend more than doing the right thing for this franchise.
Bowles was an awful hire and people without buc colored glasses understand his faults.
