The Commanders did with Marcus Mariota.
The Bears did with Case Keenum.
These are experienced veteran QBs, but is it so farfetched to think the Bucs can win with Jalon Daniels at QB?

for what's it's worth, i had the Bucs going 9-8 this year with a 3-0 start so not exactly hitting it this year lol
I had them at 1-2 over the next 3 games WITH BAKER...beating the Steelers and losing to Packers and Dallas in Prime Time.
Now given how they are currently playing and Daniels, i'm going to suggest 0-3.
to me, the Bucs will NOT win a non division game this year
They may split the division, but you are looking anywhere from 2 to 4 wins overall for this team

the one reason I would say NO is that his success will be so dependent on the OC because defense are just going to blitz and pressure until the offense succeeds and backs them off.
maybe he has some control over that with his feet, but can Robinson call a rookie-friendly offense?

you are omitting the fact just how talented the roster is on San Fran, not to mention their elite play caller
The 49ers have made it to the conference championship game 3 years in a row from 2021 to 2023 and they had Garoppolo as QB prior to Purdy.
They beat the defending champs last year in an injury riddled year.

he would have to be some prodigy for us to win any games...and by that i mean.....so good that he may be our new starting QB....

1 - We win with an undrafted rookie and your premature extension of journeyman Baker Mayfield looks ridiculous
2 - We lose and you are battling for a top pick in the draft after you decided to keep the same head coach that had this team as one of the worst teams in the league last 11 games last year.
This season could play out so poorly that as we originally thought Licht had another head coaching hire in him; no so sure now, he may get sent packing along with Bowles come January.
He looked good in the preseason so there's that but I don't think the expectations should be super high lol. Would be fun to see him turn the season around and make buc football fun to watch again but Im not holding my breath.

yeah, not sensible to expect a WIN while he is out there but again, the offense has been dreadful so far so it's not like we are losing much.
maybe his ability to run may help a bit.
