And if you look at our roster, look at our team, we think we’re great in a lot of spots, but like a lot of teams you have to add. Obviously, ultimately the head coach is the one who has [the won-loss record] fall at his feet, but I know Todd is very respected in the locker room and nobody wants to win more than Todd."

Interesting. Allow me to say that the NFL is full of coaches who are respected in the locker room and no one wants to win more than they do......but they don't......because they just can't seem to possess something that others have in their makeup as head coaches.Licht doesn't sound cooked to me.
