If Bowles isn't fired this offseason, I think I'm finally done with this team. He is the poster child for mediocrity its not like we had some dominate run with him and this was just a bad year. He has finished under .500 twice and the last 3 seasons it has come down to the final game to even make the playoffs. If Bowles is brought back it shows the Glazers could care less about being competitive and quite frankly just cheap.

If we are being honest, neither team would win a playoff game and I’d argue Carolina atleast have fight where maybe they pull off a surprise
the Bucs have been cooked since their 5-1 start. Have not looked formidable since
even their saints, cardinals, and panthers wins looked very feminine and not impressive
