New Colts general manager, Chris Ballard, has been doing a good job of recycling this Indianapolis roster. He’s noticed their most glaring need in the lack of pass rushers and has already signed two players who can do so – and still might get his hands on NT Dontari Poe.
The Colts could still go pass rusher here at No. 15, even with the additions of Sheard and Mingo, but if the board falls this way, and they have a chance to get their hands on the best pass blocking offensive tackle in the class, I think Ballard would take that knowing the scarcity. They can pick up a falling pass rusher in the second round.
