First and foremost, the Brncos offensive line needed some shaking up. That’s exactly what general manager John Elway did by bringing in Ronald Leary and Menelik Watson, and letting offensive tackle Russell Okung walk. Now that the trenches are taken care of, it’s time for them to address their biggest need in the passing game.
People may say that No. 20 is too high for Evan Engram, but the need fits and Engram is dynamic weapon. After running a 4.42 with a 36 inch vertical jump, Engram proved he has the athleticism to continue to dominate from the FLEX positions in the NFL. The Broncos haven’t had consistent tight end contributor since Julius Thomas was with Peyton Manning.
