The Bears fixed a lot of their needs in the early stages of free agency. For starters, they gave former Buccaneers quarterback Mike Glennon a hefty contract to be their starting quarterback going into 2017. After losing Alshon Jeffery, the team brought in Kendall Wright and Markus Wheaton to add to a receiving corps of Cam Meredith and Kevin White.

Allen didn’t have the best workout numbers at the Scouting Combine, but he’s still fantastic interior pass rusher who accumulated 44 tackles for loss and 28 sacks in his college career. He’s a guy I think a lot of draft writers are over thinking when it comes to his value.
