The Jags had quite a bit of turnover this offseason, but anytime your team is picking in the Top 5, you know some shaking up is necessary. The team lost starters Prince Amukamara, Jared Odrick and Jonathan Cyprien, but gained three even better players in their spots by signing Bouye, Campbell and Church. They took care of their upgrades on defense, which means this No. 4 pick will likely be used on offense.

I see a lot of mocks with the Jaguars taking running backs Dalvin Cook or Leonard Fournette at this spot. Both are great talents, but I think the Jags will be looking to aids their offense in a different direction. The team really liked the idea of bringing in Julius Thomas to help Blake Bortles a few years ago. Even though Thomas was a dud, the idea wasn’t. Grabbing Howard here might not be as crazy as it sounds, especially for a team that could plug him in and get his impact right away.
