The Bucs are entering an offseason in which they could lose both coordinators to head coaching jobs on other teams. But offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich and defensive coordinator Todd Bowles aren’t the only possible departures. According to Mike Preston of the Baltimore Sun, the Ravens are interested in Bucs inside linebackers coach Mike Caldwell for their defensive coordinator vacancy.
Ravens expected to talk with Jags' DL coach Joe Cullen within the next day, and have interest in Bucs' ILB's coach Mike Caldwell, according to sources. Keep an eye on Mich. d-coordinator Mike Macdonald and Ravens d-line coach Anthony Weaver as favorites for vacant DC position.

Caldwell has been with Bruce Arians or Todd Bowles since 2012. He coached with Bowles that year in Philadelphia, then went with the defensive coordinator to Arizona to work under Arians. Caldwell was there for two years as an inside linebackers coach. Then, when Bowles departed for New York to coach the Jets, Caldwell followed. With the Jets, Caldwell also held the position of assistant head coach.
When Arians took the job in Tampa Bay, Bowles and Caldwell quickly filled roles on his staff. But Caldwell’s playing days do go back to Baltimore, albeit briefly. The 11-year veteran spent the 1996 season in Baltimore as a player.
The Ravens recently parted ways with defensive coordinator Wink Martindale. Jaguars defensive line coach Mike Cullen is thought to be the favorite for the job. Time will tell if the Ravens officially bring in Caldwell for an interview.
