Garnes and Scott are making plays but they are not primary cover guys right now. Just have to hope McCollum and Parrish stay healthy and Morrison can be up to speed with this football conditioning. Garnes and Scott are fine as nickel and dime DBs right now as rookies but at this point they are counting on Morrison being #3 boundary CB off the bench.
Based off reports today it looks like Trotter Jr. has locked up Mike starting position as he intercepted Lawrence in the 7 on 7 scrimmage.  Trotter Jr. is your new Tampa Bay Bucs starting MIKE LB. Â
Hurst being a home run selection at WR in the third is sorely needed given Licht has issues with his second round selections. Given Hurst's size and ability to run those routes on a dime he is going to be a factor for Mayfield and this offense. Tez is kind of a forgotten man but he will help to take the top of a defense too.

Going to need Tez, McMillan, Egbuka and Hurst to attack downfield because teams are going to squad the shorter routes to slow down Robinson's offensive approach. The short passing game is an extension of the running game for Robinson.Â

After that final pre season game I can safely say the Bucs need better players for ST coverage. Fordham should be a lock because of that reason alone.Â
Haggard is actually stepping up and honestly that may be enough especially if the team wants to stash Schrauth on IR.
Morrion looked the part of a boundary CB out there and gained some conditioning. I think the Bucs just want the young guys to ball on the back end and gain experience so no vet CB incoming.
Offensively what this offense will look like in totality is a mystery. Who knows.
Defensively the Bucs have players that can rush the passer as deep as 2nd and 3rd string now. But you have to wonder will the backend hold up for the front end pressures and sacks to matter?
Dixon was cited as a weak spot of this team going into this off season but he looked very good in the final pre season game. Danny Smith must be impressed by his performance tonight.
Overall the Bucs roster seems solid but you have to wonder if this team goes and grabs another OL or TE from waivers. We will see because the depth at those two spots looks shaky.Â

I agree they need depth at O-line the most. They can't count on the entire O-line remaining healthy all year, and they can't afford to have the entire offense stall out just because they lose a guy. Â
Licht needs to re think his approach. This roster is not as good as he thinks it is as the Jaguars depth is better and better coahed.
Licht can not be complacent like he was last off season as this roster needs to improve.Â
