Bucs drafting in top 10 with a new offensive minded coach, it’s 100% on the table. Clearly not if Bucs extend mayfield before the season but if they don’t extend him, it certainly is
and if baker throws 30+ TDs, 12ish INTs the defense would have had to really suck for the Bucs to not have a winning record (which again is possible) but in that scenario I’m sure a new head coach would be inclined to keep him.
