Browning was signed for what we endured last year. Needed to rest Baker and couldn't because didnt have a back-up.
well, i am not sure i'd say Daniels could come in against NFL first stringers and manage to a win either but it is what it is, Browning didnt look good
If your firsts sentence was true there would be a competent vet back up, right? Maybe thats still in the cards
no controversy here. I think they signed Browning because of how poor the back-up situation has been with Baker. Trask and Teddy. yikes.
but Browning didn't produce and Daniels impressed
maybe Daniels continues to impress but asking an undrafted rookie to come into real games and produce, that is as tall ask
definitely
I like Daniels, but the Bucs definitely make some odd moves on the back end of the roster. I get Daniels played better than Browning, but seems there had to be better competition out there for back up QB.
I mean I don’t know who’s available that would have to learn playbook and be effective
browning would be logical for practice squad but I don’t think he wants to do that
Being glass half full, got to think Daniels he better than Bridgwater so there’s that!
I don't know. I've seen reports saying Daniels is having trouble with the playbook and taking snaps under center. If that's the case, then Browning must have really sucked bad.
