Mike Vrabel pretty good defensive mind. He had Zak Kuhr as his coordinator and play caller. But..Vrabel focusing on getting ass!....but also being the head coach. Team made the Superbowl
Mike Macdonald, another good defensive mind. he had Aden Durde as his coordinator but he called the plays. Again, this would likely be the Bowles mold
Robert Saleh will likely do the same. Has Gus Bradley as his DC but Saleh likely calling plays
Again, realize it may be a sham, but sheesh, bounce the ideas off someone if struggling. Last year, he had no one to turn too

Yea our owners and our hc are all stubborn. Probably would help him because he's captain clueless 2.0 and when he makes dumb mistakes he doesn't have someone there to tell him no that's not going to work. And we should stop trying it over and over expecting different results.

He's just not a hc. He's a decent dc. Always has been good there not so much as a hc. There's more responsibilities there that he doesn't do a great job at. Which definitely impacts the outcomes of the games. The glazers, jason Licht, and bruce arians handed the wrong guy the keys. I don't care if he is their buddy.

yeah like even in Saleh's situation, he's calling the plays but has another defensive mind to bounce ideas off of especially when somethings not working like you say
