Can you people believe Beau Bayh (Democratic candidate for Indiana Secretary of State) was spotted tailgating and in attendance at the Indiana vs. Ohio State college football game at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Indiana? This guy is shameful.

Keep politics out of sports!!!!!!!!!

Such a retarded point. Comical

Now you’re getting it.

https://apnews.com/article/trump-sports-mma-football-ufc-0ca14d844df1e3b81f6c791ba517571f

"When Trump attends an event like Saturday’s fight, “The audience gets to see him through an unvarnished filter that isn’t tainted by news media and political biases,” said his spokesman Steven Cheung, who previously worked for UFC himself. “It gives us the great opportunity to connect with voters who are, quite frankly, turned off by many traditional news outlets.”

The fact that they don't understand this blows my mind...

Durrrr but a Democrat tailgated a college football game durrr that's the same as Trump being interviewed in the booth during an NFL game.

The argument that they keep trying to ignore is POLITICS IN THE NFL.

That's the place where a black QB wasn't allowed to play football anymore because politics had no place in the NFL.

That's the hypocrisy being outlined.

I don't fucking care if Mike Rodgers wants to go to a Michigan game and tail gate.

I see the zodiac killer on ESPN all the time talking Texas college sports. I don't give a fuck about that despite it being hilarious that he's prioritizing money in college sports over serving his Texas constituents.

There is a massive difference in whether politicians can go attend games where there isn't a history of shutting down a QB for peaceful protesting during the anthem (durrr muh flag durrr) vs the sitting US president sitting the booth to be interviewed during an NFL game where the fan ventamentally said "no politics".

The fans lost their mind. Many on this board still lose their mind that the flag was disrespected by the black afro QB who took a knee.

Some may have called it Kaepernick Derangement Syndrome.

But yes let's bring up some candidate tailgating college football... That's totally the same thing.

Retarded

because police brutally was a made up cause to "get out the vote"

Lol

I used to think they didn't believe half the shit they write.

Shame on me...

statistics are your friend!

I'm being lectured on statistics by a dude that just made up a bunch of statistics to make his unsolicited point in the debate nobody has engaged in.

Are we keeping politics out of the NFL (that's for biggs because his tizz kicks in sometimes) or not?

Just trying to keep up...

google or "AI" two stats

1 - Death by police numbers by race

2 - Murder numbers by race

then tell me that we have a racism problem in our criminal justice system with a straight face

let me guess, you thought how Tyreek Hill was acting when he got pulled over was a reasonable way to act.

Then ask yourself, do you act like that when dealing with authority?

Fire Derrangement Syndrome

I'm here to debate whether politics is ok in the NFL, not police brutality.

I don't discuss politics.

Sorry I've triggered you...

deflection - in the typical liberal playbook!

just threw some stats at you but i digress, go ahead and change subject.

it's connected.  "Exaggerated Police Brutality" in an election year (2016, 2020) when the facts (which you reference the right i suppose apparently doesn't agree with) suggest exaggerated indeed.....and an overblown effort by the NFL on "end racism" in with regards to said police brutality.....are you comprehending it now?  All political not real world bull shit

but ill wait on your rebuttal to the facts i just posted. Look forward to the deflection.

You didn't do shit. Lmfao

I'm not interested in debating racism with you...

You're the type of person that thinks Elon didn't do a Nazi salute.

There's no dialogue to have... Because you're on another planet.

deflection

what a surprise

I'm not sure you understand what deflection means.

There's no point in debating people like you about racism or gun violence...

Are you under the impression I've never seen those stats and/or heard the argument?

Do you think I haven't banged my head against that wall with other equally retarded people?

Take a victory lap with your stats... You've earned it

this is why nobody takes your side seriously particularly when you have your poster board and protest on side of the road asking for a “honk”

you mention you like to discuss politics. You mention the right ignore facts and I present you facts and lo and behold, you don’t want to have such a discussion and ignore such facts. You don’t like to discuss politics, you just want to be in your echo chamber and preach the teachings of your new religion, the DNC.

Because I've literally had this argument and despite all the jokes, show me in this thread where I've engaged in actual political discussion outside of the initial points: keep politics out of sports.

That's what I'll debate and happy to...

I don't want to debate the million other tangential things we could go down...

Feel free to have the last insult on gun violence and police brutality. Show everyone how you think protesting peacefully is bad. Demonstrate your god give ignorance. We all need to understand your lack of self-awareness because "this is why nobody takes you seriously".

I showed you stats that it’s not a real thing and just political BS to get out the vote and you just did the typical “racist”

notice you still haven’t addressed the stats

and it’s connected because you mentioned “politics in sports” and was that not the whole motto back in 2016 election year when Kaep kneeled? Yeah a fake issue

Does it matter whether you agree or disagree with his protest?

It was the protesting itself that you didn't like.

Are you saying if he took a knee to protest a political view you agreed with, you'd be ok with it?

Because you said it earlier... He disrespected muh flag.

So it does not matter what or why he protested because according to you it's about you faux patriotism.

If you think winning an argument that "racism isn't real" or "cops are mostly good" somehow changes the "keep politics out of the NFL" you allllllllll claimed, well...

I'm not sure you understand how to debate this issue...

Which quite frankly is why I don't want do engage with you.

It's like trying to explain calculus to a toddler... Or probably a better word choice would be explaining statistics to a retard.

If I have TDS, what do we call it when you sprint to the podium to defend him?

He's doing such a good job we GOTTA get him back in the booth to break down some film.

I love hearing a diaper wearing dementia patient talking Xs and Os.

It really compliments the political ads he runs during games paid with our tax dollars.

Ooo baby tread of me harder daddy

Disrespecting the flag a good thing? He was protesting police brutality which as we’ve seen by the facts, an embellished not real world issue.

referring to the nfl sponsored “end racism” which followed George Floyd as well which again an embellished not real word issue

Both happened during elections years

but keep up the name calling. Your side is filled with hate. Sad to see

They coincidentally ignored all that and went to TDS.

Then the classic "nobody takes you seriously you're deflecting".

Oh but yes let me engage with bing on police brutality statistics... Seems like a good use of time and def on subject

Protesting is patriotism. Wrapping yourself in a flag is nationalism.

I wouldn't expect a retard who can't stay on topic to understand these basics concepts.

Idgaf about your opinions on politics.

You want politics of "end racism" out of sports... Fine. Then logically you should say I don't want Trump talking politics in the booth. I don't want him at football games either.

If you had any consistency you'd say that but you don't.

Because in the end it isn't about politics it's about YOUR politics.

If you had any intellectual honesty you'd see it...

Since I’ve said the same thing when I “sprinted to the podium” to defend Obama and any other politician by saying they are allowed to attend sporting events, you can call me consistent. Whereas you and your loony brethren are hypocritical TDS’ers.

If a Red tie goes to a sporting event = Bad

If a Blue tie goes to a sporting event = No issue

You = Hypocrite

Me = Consistent

If a Red tie goes to a sporting event = No issue

If a Blue tie goes to a sporting event = No issue

You think are making logical sense. You are not. There is no logic to this thread, unless one has a raging case of bad orange man.
