If I have TDS, what do we call it when you sprint to the podium to defend him?

Since I’ve said the same thing when I “sprinted to the podium” to defend Obama and any other politician by saying they are allowed to attend sporting events, you can call me consistent. Whereas you and your loony brethren are hypocritical TDS’ers.

If a Red tie goes to a sporting event = Bad

If a Blue tie goes to a sporting event = No issue

You = Hypocrite

Me = Consistent

If a Red tie goes to a sporting event = No issue

If a Blue tie goes to a sporting event = No issue

You think are making logical sense. You are not. There is no logic to this thread, unless one has a raging case of bad orange man.

Obama and Biden and Clinton haven't been to an NFL game.

Trump is the first sitting president to go to a game in 40 years. He didn't just attend he went to the booth and interviewed.

You keep ignoring this and being like durrrr what about Bush throwing out a pitch at a baseball game.

Nobody cares about a ceremonial pitch or tailgating the college you went to...

Jfc why is this so fucking complicated for you?

I think both sides have been exaggerating their villains for a while and it's to keep people divided. I don't like either of the options that have been put in front of us and I think it's to keep people divided and arguing about this rather than focusing the most important things. It's like a distraction. My bottom line is our "leaders" have failed us and have for years and I think it's to take power away from people and into our politicians and our corporations hands. They all work together. I know that is borderline conspiracy but I think it's true. Follow the money from donors. All of them!

I remember when all the TDS’ers lost their mind over Obama going to a baseball game in Cuba and sat next to the Cuban dictator. They were even more peeved when he was interviewed during the game.

Man, Trump is a Russian asset and still his blind followers just can’t get enough of him.  Strange fucking breed the MAGA cult.

Trump has been 100% wrong about everything.  No new wars and releasing the Epstein files are the two primary things he ran on outside of trying to stem immigration.

Fucking idiots.

Weird. Proof Trump was coming here for politics posted and yet it matters not to the guts who were saying it was not politics lol. They still want to argue politics. In football.

"Gay"

They coincidentally ignored all that and went to TDS.

Predictably so.  That is what makes it hilarious.

All the hilarious stuff that the exact same group posts here trolling a football message board explains their connection to Trump. Insecurity over masculinity, immediate fallback to VICTIM status etc. That is all the basic MO of 2026 hard core Trump supporters. Posters who cant deal with their own issues (sexuality, race, classism, racism, xenophobia),  so the defense mechanism is to project it on everyone else with victimhood cries of. . .

"TDS!"

"bad orange man"

Trump is the VICTIM of crazy liberals . .  not the moron who promised them no new wars and then started TWO lmao

rinse, wash repeat

There is no unfair treatment of minorities by police . .  they bring it on themselves (badabings point ) and if you disagree its because you have TDS

LOL . .  and TO THE POINT OF THE THREAD . . .

the same posters who think there should be no politics in sport (when it makes them look bad) will propel this thread forward for 25 more pages because the politics are so important to them.

prove me wrong

lol. NOPE

Went to the well? I’m not talking about Millard Fillmore, I’m talking about Barack Obama.

I wouldn’t have heard anything out of you a decade ago, as I heard nothing about it from the leftists. But now? It’s a big problem for the bad orange man.

It’s almost like you and your TDS brethren are flaming hypocrites.

I wouldn’t have heard anything

Lol what an argument!

In this hypothetical scenario where we are talking about politics in the NFL, I would have in your mind, not cared that Obama went to Cuba to repair relations with their government by attending a pre season baseball game???

Went to the well?

Yes you went to a story from 10 years ago because you have Obama Derrangement Syndrome.

From your article for a PRE SEASON BASEBALL GAME:

As part of his policy to work toward normalizing relations with the long-isolated island nation so near to the U.S. shores, Obama made a three-day visit to Cuba, and he made watching a baseball game the final stop on that trip.

I assume you didn't read the article otherwise you'd have avoided this hill you now have to die on.

Not that it's any of your business, but yes, I voted for Trump, twice. I voted for him in his first term and again this time around, and he has shown himself to be a fraud on both occasions.

I genuinely hoped this term would be different because I do believe the Democrats did everything they possibly could to sabotage his first term. That's simply a fact. This time, however, he came in promising to do a long list of things, and he has either systematically reversed course or outright lied about many of them.

I've also voted for Walter Mondale, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, who happens to be from my home state of Tennessee, and Barack Obama. Unlike you and some of the other mindless idiots out there, I don't blindly vote along party lines. I'm a libertarian, which means I rarely have a candidate who truly represents my views. Instead, I look at where the country is, what problems need to be addressed, and who seems best equipped to handle them.

George H.W. Bush was a detriment to this country. He was constantly using his CIA ties inappropriately. George W. Bush was little more than a puppet for Dick Cheney by design. In my opinion, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were two of the better presidents of the modern era. Yet many Republicans still tie themselves in knots over Clinton's personal indiscretions and Obama's occasional socialist tendencies.

When Trump first took office in 2017, Republicans controlled both the House and the Senate. However, divisions within the Republican Party and Senate procedural rules made it difficult to pass portions of his agenda. From there, things largely spiraled downward.

Joe Biden was a terrible choice for the Democrats to run, but by that point the country had soured so much on Trump, thanks to COVID, the constant controversies, and the impeachment proceedings, that he had virtually no chance of winning reelection - and I voted for Joe Biden in that election because of all that. Kamala Harris was an even worse choice. She has spent her political career benefiting from opportunities created by people more capable than she is and has done little to distinguish herself on her own merits. That is factually true and if she had won the election, the country would be in no better shape than it is now.

Trump entered this term promising "America First," more domestic drilling, less foreign aid, an end to involvement in foreign wars, closed borders, and a host of other commitments. Instead, he has folded on many of those campaign promises, just as politicians so often do but his at an astronomical rate.

For me, he crossed an unforgivable line with two decisions in particular: his heavy-handed approach to tariffs, which produced little of value while costing businesses millions of dollars, including my own, and his decision to pursue a diesel deal with Russia while rolling back sanctions against one of the world's worst regimes.

At this point, it feels like he's creating problems that will probably take more than a generation of leaders to undo. On the horizon, there still has not been one Democrat that could so very easily sway the vote that direction. All it would take is a candidate like a Bill Clinton or a Barack Obama but there isn't one in sight. The republicans are equally bad. Everybody on that side is either a flip-flopper (like JD Vance, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio), a bootlicker like Marsha Blackburn and her ilk, or a lunatic like MTG.

So go right on believing you're the authority on politics, politics in sports, and every hidden agenda theory under the sun. The bottom line is that I've forgotten more about these subjects than you'll ever know and written about many of them.

This is all you had to say, and I respect the ownership and actualization.

FWIW the Dems are just an extension of the Republicans, refusing to run on anything and would rather Trump win so they can run against him rather than their own ideas and merits, of which are often completely out of touch with what the so called left wants.

Biden is a true moderate. A geriatric patient but a moderate. He was cast as a liberal (which is a term that has been bastardized with left/progressive) but in reality all he did was continue Trump's policies and pass the only meaningful infrastructure bill of the past 30 years.

I'm not a fan of him or Harris... Obama is another moderate that ran on progressive policies.

The Dems aren't the left. They aren't progressive. Thats what they're so fucking unpopular.

The right has painted them as progressive and the left doesn't see them as progressive.

Put succinctly:

Dems are incompetent

Republicans are evil
