True, it didn't cost them the game, but Biggs is 1000% correct. The defense needed more than 2 stops out of 9 drives. So only 22% of the time, they actually stopped the oppositions drive. That is TERRIBLE defense. Y'all can paint it any way you want to but Biggs is right and so is the assessment that the offense cost the Bucs at the end of the day. Both things are true. It's humorous to see the clamor and trying to defend shitty defense. There was one guy on defense that was an impact player. One. Josiah Trotter. That was it.

TRUE: You can't expect to win game with an office that turns it over 4 times
TRUE: You can expect to have more stops from a defense
Either way though I am not sure the stops are coming because the problem is still the same since LVD stopped being the best coverage LB in the league.
That is a flawed system if you need the best coverage LB in the game. Maybe Bowles has some way to tun it around, but wouldnt we have seen it already?

Particularly with 2 of the drives starting essentially in field goal range because of turnovers. Ok, so Bucs held that to 10 points but could have been zero if missed field goals from a guy that was good from 58 from one of his attempts.
Houston's defense looked atrocious yesterday against a top 5 QB. 36 points allowed. Bottom 5 in this stat. Wonder if their board is worried about the defense. Or are they worried that Stroud fumbled the ball twice.
