I get that this is an unpopular thought at this moment BUT in the long run (key point: long run) a team like the Bucs is probably better off with owners who are not hyper-reactive with head coach hires.Â

When Brady fired Arians back in March 2022, our hands were tied and Bowles was the interim guy right. We proceeded to have one of the most disappointing seasons in the franchise history (when factoring in expectations) in Brady's only losing year as a Pro.
They should have moved on from him there but ok give him a chance. Then based on merit, Bowles "over achieved" in 2023 and 2024 but still very mid teams with 9, 10 wins.
then in 2025, falling flat on his face, after 6-2 start, the team finished 2-7. He should have been fired then, no? Can we agree on that? You seemed to agree back in January.
