Read-Option: Yes or No?
I’ve told you what I think. Now it’s your turn.
Maybe you think I’m full of crap, which is fine. Maybe you think Winston’s shoulder is more of a problem than we’re being led to believe, and that maybe he’s just masking it better than I can see. Perhaps Sunday’s loss to the Carolina Panthers isn’t on Winston, in your mind, because of that.
But, maybe it is. What then do you do with him?
If you believe Winston’s shoulder is hurt, or even if you think it’s not that bad, how many more loses do you need to see to shut him down for the year? If the Bucs go 2-7, 3-6, do you shut him down at any point? Does the fact that he’s never missed a game sway your opinion?

Finally, what do you think of the hot-and-cold narrative of Winston? Do you think this is just who he is? Is Winston a guy who will give you an amazing play one drive and a boneheaded one the next? Or maybe not even that extreme. Will Winston make a great throw on play, and misplace an easier ball on another?
Does Winston have an abnormal amount of accuracy issues for a franchise quarterback in your mind? If he does, can they be fixed?
What does this franchise do with its franchise quarterback, and how can they get the most out of him – in health and in offensive execution? And is Dirk Koetter the guy to make that happen?
