Tampa Bay trading down means they picked up at least two extra pick from the Seahawks. For this mock’s sake let’s just say it’s two third round picks (the Seahawks were given two compensatory third round picks this year for free agency losses).

At this spot, Budda Baker make a lot of sense. He’s a player who has cornerback-like abilities, and could play as a slot player in his first year, or if he really shines could play either safety spot thanks to his instincts and athleticism. Versatility makes him a good fit for them.
