The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were on the wrong end of a lot of stats when it came to their 2017 season. Stats both individual and team-centric showed that the Buccaneers did, in fact, have quite the down year, as their 5-11 record indicated.
But, there is a certain stat that pointed to some positives. According to Pro Football Focus, Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston was the No. 3 rated quarterback in both the third and fourth quarters throughout all of 2017.

How do you judge this stat? Is Winston a comeback kid? Or are these stats more overinflated due to the Bucs being down on the scoreboard in most of their second halves?
