Hmm moving Parrish outside?
Has to be a little of both, whether they are ultimately indicted or credited.
The Devin White pick sure seemed like Licht fulfilling the request of the coaches, Bowles and Arians.
Licht hitching his wagon to Bowles kinda says something...
This pick is just awful given a much better LB was available.
We drafted for scheme not talent and if/when Bowles fails and a new regime comes in that values LBs that can cover, it'll be a tough decision on what to do with him.
And isn't Dennis already that "downhill blitzer"?
He was god awful in coverage and probably average to below average at the line or "serviceable".
I'm absolutely livid with this draft choice.
And the third round pick is even worse.
We need a guard and there was awesome value in Pregnon there to compete with Breadson and provide depth.
Instead another reach on a wr that spent his whole college career at small schools.

That he does his job. Lol
i get your point and it's amplified by the weird decision to keep Bowles but if that is the decision you have to be all in. Makes sense that they would draft for scheme. We just took a CB who could be a nickel or a safety even. Classic Bowles versatile player, but is he good at CB, our actual need?

You're not wrong. He's just drafting for scheme in a lame duck situation.
So it's a recipe for disaster if it doesn't work out
Don't know much about the slot corner from Miami but quick glance is it's a solid pick. I like these late corners a lot
