Morrison?  Yeah this guy needs a come to Jesus moment if he wants to play in the NFL.  Right now rookie K. Scott is cross training at boundary CB and it looks like Parrish has a starting spot opposite of McCollum on lock down.  Parrish and Scott also look like they have NCB on lockdown and will be determined if they split time there too.

Bowles is once again saying he wants another CB. Is Licht listening?  Bucs sign a veteran CB and that solves a lot of problems in the secondary.  Safety in comparison is in better shape because you have Winfield Jr and T. Smith as sure fire starters.  Then behind them Killebrew and Melifonwu.  Long time backups Widsom and Banks and promising young player in JJ Roberts.  7 deep at safety and if you include that McCollum, K. Scott and Hayes can moonlight at safety too that is 8 guys that can play safety in an emergency if Smith or Winfield Jr. go down.

Bain!

Bain is not only a sack master but a disruptor.  He is basically a better version of Clowney but he plays with more power.  Licht is going to look like a genius if Bain and Scott are home runs as rookies.  The NFCS tackles outside of the Bucs are overrated and Bain is going to make them pay.

WR Corps is going to be hard to stop for any team including the Seahawks with a deep DB group.  Tez Johnson deep game down the middle of the field is hard to stop even for super athletic DBs as his feel for routes is uncanny.  McMillan downfield on the perimeter plays bigger than his size indicates.  Egbuka and Godwin in the short and intermdiate area are wizards with their hands and route running.  Even K. Johnson is making plays and then there is Hurst.  Hurst could make an impact even as a rookie with so much talent in front of him which is hard to believe.

Tucker has been written off but I think Tucker along with Irving will make a comeback. KG is going to protect Mayfield from being a punching bag though and will be a special teams dynamo

Big question marks remain with OL and DL.

What will this OL look like with zone blocking?  Skeptical this will work given these guys like to go man to man.

Defensively is the DL being bigger going to help that much?  Is Kancey going to show some grit and play a full season?

ILBers will have to earn their keep as the pads come on and fly to the ball. May the best starting duo win regardless of draft status.  No way Trotter is guaranteed to start because if his draft status.

Browning looks like he can make some magic happen with this deep WR group if need be.  Baker needs to be okay with sitting if he is injured.  Baker will win more games if he sits a game to heal and also make more money in the end.  Sometime you have to take one step back to take three step forward.  Baker has an aggressive competitive mindset but sometimes you have to pull up to go full throttle when ready. Once Baker accept this he will ascend as a top tier NFL QB.

Heading into the 2026 season, Tampa has the best WR room in the league.

Baker needs Tampa more than Tampa needs Baker.  This room will make many a QB look good.

This OL has to prove they can come back for this WR group to take off.  All Mayfield has to do is be the point guard of this offense and Robinson to not screw it up.  There are now more ifs on offense than the defense.

Defensively Bain and Scott will help off set most issues on defense.  I would say my bold prediction is that the defense carries thie offense this year if the offense is adjusting to the zone blocking scheme.

the best WR room in the league!  LMAO!

Are you an agent for the mediocre WR room?

just so you know, there are fans on other teams message boards that are stoked about their teams 3rd round WRs as well over the last couple years.

I'm sure theres a 49ers fan thinking Deebo Samuel will get back to 2021 levels like you are with Chris Godwin!
