Yup

Yes so for the Bucs their luck (if they had any) ran out midseason and so from there they were exposed for their lack of depth (particularly on the O-line) and limited talent and they didnt have the coaching to overcome it. In fact, coaching was a big problem, maybe the biggest, because they had terrible special teams and mediocre offense and at the end a completely exposed and quitting defense.

That is why the replaced the ST and OC coaches and tried to upgrade the talent on defense and depth overall. The question is: even if they hit on all of those other coaches and on their player upgrades can theHC get them to perform consistently enough to win at least one maybe 2 more games than last season?
